The location was marvelous, close to shopping centers, nightlife, and main shops. The staff was polite and very nice.Check-in was early.

Really enjoyed that the hotel was incredible and had kind staff with pleasant receptionist. Brilliant location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. There was Olde English Fisheries nearby to grab something to eat.

The location here was amazing, being very close to the city centre and the National Coal Mining Museum of England.

Had the worst hotel experience ever! Been Dyslexic I booked this hotel thinking it was cheap £35 a night not bad I thought , but when I arrived after travelling 30 minutes I got there for them to say they require a £100 deposit or I can not stay in the room , I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and going through a very difficult time in my life after becoming homeless 2 months ago so u can image how upset I was when they told me I couldn’t stay because I didn’t have the £100 and then to top it off they said there’s a £35 cancellation free :-( so the last bit of money I had I couldn’t get back to book a room else where absolutely devastated . The women was no help at all she was none Sympathetic she had a very stubborn attitude and barely and eye contact I found her very rude ! I stayed on the streets last night..... in future make sure all information is written correctly and explained before any money is taken from your bank account find it disgusting that I couldn’t get my money back when I’d only just booked it an hour before . Shocking!

The rooms were attractive and offered competitive value for money. Complete with a sofa bed, fridge, and microwave.- The hotel's wonderful location was close to the nightlife.

A prime spot right next to the local council, but it also faces a busy road 🛣 which brings some noise. The staff is friendly and well-mannered.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the room is spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and shower, as well as an electric kettle and glassware.

We truly enjoyed our room, it was clean and had a large comfy bed, a kettle, and a bath. The location was great, as we could reach Trinity Walk Shopping Centre by walking.
